Description

You’ll learn and experience how to do TAT for your cat to help reduce or end: stress from trauma, allergic reactions to food and medicine, and any kind of fear or anxiety. You’ll find out how to use TAT for your dog with or without your animal being present!

TAT for Dogs is two downloadable MP4 recordings of Tapas Fleming personally guiding you through an in-depth, topic-focused, expanded TAT® session. She will start the recording with suggestions of what to work on and then guide you through each step of TAT for your cat.

You can also opt for Guided TAT with Tapas, with this recording you’ll relax and listen as Tapas walks you through the process.  You’ll be guided through a complete TAT session — without explanations thrown in.  (Explanations are in TAT-101.)  You can pause the recording to allow enough time to focus on each Step.

A large proportion of adults go through adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and can exhibit a wide range of symptoms including alcoholism, drug abuse, depression, suicide, poor physical health, and obesity. The symptoms seen in adults can, in turn, expose the next generation to adverse outcomes. Creating a cycle that’s hard to break. We can reduce or eliminate the impact of ACEs on ourselves and future generations by healing ourselves now.
