TAT for Fear, Worry, and Stress is a live webinar with host Tapas Fleming personally guiding you through an in-depth, topic-focused, expanded TAT® session. She will start the webinar with participants, who would like to, sharing what they would like to work on and then guide you through each step of TAT.

TAT webinars and workshops are structured for everyone to be able to participate. If it’s your first time doing TAT you will be instructed on what to do, you do not have to have any prior knowledge or experience with TAT. We do recommend purchasing TAT®-101: A Comprehensive Introduction, but it is not required.

For all webinars, you will need something to write on and drinking water. During the webinar, depending on the number of participants, you will be given the opportunity to share what you would like about what you are working on. This is also not required. You can join and participate in the webinar while remaining anonymous.

You will be sent a Zoom invitation and instructions to join the webinar 2 – 3 hours prior to the start time to the email address used to sign up for the webinar. All of our webinar times are in Pacific Standard Time. All webinars are an expanded version of TAT. All webinars can be registered for up to one hour prior to the start of the webinar.
