TAT for Fear, Worry, and Stress webinar recording includes host Tapas Fleming personally guiding you through an in-depth, topic-focused, expanded TAT® session. The webinar starts with participants, who would like to, share what they would like to work on, and then you are guided through each step of TAT.

If this is your first time doing TAT you will be instructed on what to do, you do not have to have any prior knowledge or experience with TAT. Doing TAT with a webinar recording is a great way to learn all the possibilities of what to put in your TAT “pot”.

When doing TAT with a webinar recording you will need something to write on and drinking water. (Drinking at least 6 – 8 glasses of water on days you do TAT is highly recommended.)

The expanded form of TAT is used for all webinars allowing time for you to write about how you’re feeling throughout the process. These sessions can help you build the “TAT Pot”, the metaphoric place you put the things you are working on.

You can use TAT for Fear, Worry, and Stress to focus on that specific topic or you can add to it. We also always include in every TAT session: Whatever’s stressing me the most right now, whether I’m aware of it or not.”
