TAT for Loving and Accepting Yourself is a downloadable MP4 recording with host Tapas Fleming personally guiding you through a full TAT Session. This recording will provide you with some tools and techniques that can help overcome the things blocking you from loving yourself.
For your happiness and fulfillment, loving and accepting yourself is the place to start. In this recording we’ll begin clearing the negative thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that keep you from loving and accepting yourself.
Here’s what we’ll do in this session:
- We’ll focus on how we want to think and feel when we more completely love and accept ourselves.
- We’ll come up with traumas from the past that are still with us.
- We’ll notice if any “stoppers” pop into our minds.
- We’ll come up with feelings and thoughts that block us from moving ahead.
- We’ll begin the process of dissolving what’s in the way of fully loving and accepting ourselves.
- We’ll put our attention on accepting the possibility of loving and accepting ourselves.
- We’ll put our attention on our next step.
- We’ll do TAT together about everything that’s come up.
If it’s your first time doing TAT you will be instructed on what to do, you do not have to have any prior knowledge or experience with TAT.

I was as excited and overwhelmed as the participants were because of the absolute, unprecedented beauty of the healings I witnessed. I have no doubt it is the most effective treatment to resolve trauma of any nature.”
