Using this approach, people I work with often feel immediately hot, even break out in a sweat.  So don’t be surprised if this happens for you.  Drink water right away.  

Also, don’t try to do everything at once!  Just work on one thing at a time as results can include detoxification and accompanying exhaustion.  That can last for a few hours or a few days, depending on your overall health condition.  You know yourself.  Take care to let your body integrate a new, healthier condition.

If this is your first time doing TAT you will be instructed on what to do, you do not have to have any prior knowledge or experience with TAT.
