Events

TAT®  webinars and workshops are structured for everyone to be able to participate. If it’s your first time doing TAT you will be instructed on what to do, you do not have to have any prior knowledge or experience with TAT. We do recommend purchasing TAT®-101: A Comprehensive Introduction, but it is not required.

For all webinars you will need something to write on and drinking water. During the webinar, depending on the number of participants, you will be given the opportunity to share what you would like about what you are working on. This is also not required. You can join and participate in the webinar while remaining anonymous.

You will be sent an invitation and instructions to join the webinar 2 - 3 hours prior to the start time to the email address used to sign up for the webinar. All of our webinar times are in Pacific Standard Time. All webinars are an expanded version of TAT. All webinars can be registered for up to one hour prior to the start of the webinar.

Weekly Group TAT - Wednesday, August 12th - 10:00 am to 11:30 am PST

Weekly Group TAT with Tapas Fleming is a place you can work on whatever you want and enjoy the warm, friendly support of the group. We meet almost every Wednesday at the same time.

Some of us are working long-term on making big changes. Some of us just want to be less stressed about something that’s up right now. We keep the group very small so everyone has a chance to share if they want. As a result of participating in group TAT work you will benefit from the healing intentions of everyone in the group.

TAT for feeling anxious, fearful, angry or stuck – Wednesday, August 12th – 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm PST

Many of us are feeling anxious:  worried about money, job security, feeding ourselves, our families and consuming concern about the health and safety of loved ones. It’s natural for us to also feel angry, fearful or stuck in these times…and many people do.

This webinar is a place to get some relief from anxiety, fear, anger and feeling stuck. You can participate silently or may have a chance to share, depending on how many people join in.  You can be present and be totally anonymous.

TAT for a Traumatic Event – Tuesday, August 18th – 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm PST

In a traumatic experience, a part of our consciousness can become wrapped up in “solving” a problem, protecting us from danger or abuse, or just trying to find sense in a senseless situation. The beliefs that spring up can be inaccurate but there are parts of us that hold onto those beliefs and remind us of them when we are in new stressful situations — particularly situations that are like the original one. The resonance with the original situation triggers the part or parts of us that were born in the original traumatic or stressful events.

This webinar is a place to get some relief from anxiety and fear brought on by post-traumatic stress. You can participate silently or may have a chance to share, depending on how many people join in.  You can also be present and be totally anonymous.
