Healing with the Tapas Acupressure Technique® (TAT®)
You can heal without reliving a painful experience, talking about it, or figuring anything out. You don't have to explain why you feel the way you do.
You just do the simple TAT technique to heal.
Depression & anxiety
If you’ve ever wondered why you’ve been struggling a little too hard for a little too long with chronic emotional and physical health conditions, a new field of scientific research may offer hope, answers, and healing insights.
Abuse and trauma
Surviving abuse or trauma as a child has been linked with higher rates of anxiety, depression, suicide and self harm, PTSD, drug and alcohol misuse, relationship difficulties and shame, guilt, helplessness, hopelessness, grief, sadness and anger.
A rocky childhood. A violent assault. A car accident. If these are in your past, they could be affecting your present health. Your risk for health problems from a past trauma goes up with the number of these events you've experienced.
There are several ways for you to use and heal with TAT.
We offer guided downloadable recordings, subscription programs,
webinars, workshops and private sessions.
All-inclusive healing subscriptions
Our subscription programs create an over-time healing experience that cultivate not only healing traumas and the behaviors created by those experiences, but you will also notice that doing TAT on a regular basis will improve the way you think, feel and react.

What to expect as you do TAT:
- Expanding your healing to include family, ancestors, and all beings involved.
- Including whatever's stressing you the most right now.
- Giving yourself acknowledgment that those traumas happened and that they're over now (re-living the trauma is not part of the healing process).
- Healing all the places in yourself where those traumas were stored as well as where they all originated
- Having silent, unedited, completing conversations with people involved.
Giving acceptance to everyone involved, including yourself. Actively choosing and feeling what you want to feel and how you want your life to be. Being more present in the here and now and feeling lighter, less stuck, more connected, and more peace.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Expressive Arts Therapist
Night after night during the TAT workshop I hosted, I saw trauma and pain simply dissipate and dissolve. I was as excited and overwhelmed as the participants were because of the absolute, unprecedented beauty of the healings I witnessed. I have no doubt TAT is the most effective treatment to resolve trauma of any nature."
34-year Licensed Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist
One of the many things TAT has helped me with in relation to childhood issues is the fear I have always had of being left behind. I remember as a child always trying to keep up with my dad—hiking, skiing, etc. Or of getting left behind by friends and being alone or lost. It affected my adult life in a lot of subtle ways that I may not have attributed to that fear.
After TAT I no longer worry about getting left behind or have any panic if it happens. A few days ago I was skiing with friends who were much faster and I found myself separated from them and I didn’t know where I was on the mountain. I noticed with happiness that I didn’t feel at all concerned that I was left behind, and I easily connected with them a few minutes later."
What is your ACE score?
ACEs are adverse childhood experiences that harm children’s developing brains and lead to changing how they respond to stress and damaging their immune systems so profoundly that the effects show up decades later. ACEs cause much of our burden of chronic disease, most mental illness, and are at the root of most violence.
What is Noetic Science?
The way we understand ourselves and our world is always evolving. From instinct to intuition to intellect, part of being human is using multiple ways to gather and utilize information. Noetic Sciences is one of many frameworks we can use to engage with our daily reality. A framework that could help explain the unexplainable - and spark transformation.
